Gunnison -- a new yarn from Tahki

Gunnison is a unique yarn by Tahki. We purchased it not only for its saturated colors but also because it was different than anything we have seen in a while. There is a subtle striping effect to this yarn -- subtle enough that it can used with any cabling or stitchwork project.

Helen knit up the simple Barley Hat with Gunnison. It matched the pattern's gauge perfectly and shows how the yarn looks in garter, stockinette, and of course ribbing. She reports that the yarn made a great hat: substantial, with a springy ribbing.
